Robert Eugene Hale , 20, of the 1800 block of Cypress Street, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, theft by receiving stolen property, criminal attempt to commit burglary and misdemeanor counts of driving while license suspended, reckless driving, duty upon striking a fixture, driving on the wrong side of the roadway, failure to maintain lane, disregarding a stop sign, disregarding an official traffic control device and improper tag transfer; sentenced under the First Offender Act to six months in confinement, followed by seven years and six months' probation, and fined $2,100 and ordered to pay restitution
