AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest Friday, April 11, 2008 at Trinity Hospital, Mr. Francisco R. (Frank) Garcia, 59, of Augusta. Mr. Garcia was born in Cuba a naturalized citizen that loved and served America. He served in the Army and the Federal Civil Service for over 20 years. Mr. Garcia completed two tours in Vietnam, one in Germany, one in Alaska and also served all over the United States. Family members include his parents: Adelina Montesino and Vicente Montesino; a sister, Maria King and a nephew and niece. He is also survived by his God daughter: Lauren and her parents: Mariella and Don Burchfield. A funeral Mass will be held Monday, April 14, 2008 at 12:00 Noon at St. Mary on-the-Hill Catholic Church.
